PROCESS QA LEAD
Location: Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi
Working arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: From USD 3,000 gross/month
KUP Partner is recruiting for a technology client seeking a QA leader to build its Vietnam QA team.
Responsibilities
- Define QA strategy and quality standards.
- Lead test planning, design and execution.
- Establish QA processes and expand automated and manual testing.
- Recruit, develop and manage QA team members.
- Collaborate with development teams and international stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading QA strategy and managing teams.
- Background in large-scale systems and Agile development.
- Knowledge of ISTQB, ISO 29119 or comparable QA practices.
- Strong English communication.
