Position Overview Valor Specialized Rigging, a division of Americrane Rentals, is seeking experienced Certified Riggers to support industrial, commercial, and construction lifting operations throughout the San Antonio and Austin markets. We are looking for safety-minded professionals who take pride in precision, teamwork, and executing complex lifts correctly the first time. If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have a strong safety culture mindset, we want you on our team. We have opportunities locally, all branch locations across Texas and multiple traveling jobs that are not local. Responsibilities: Perform all rigging operations in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards Inspect rigging gear (slings, shackles, spreader bars, hardware) prior to use Collaborate with crane operators, supervisors, and lift directors Safely rig loads for hoisting and placement Follow lift plans and engineered rigging procedures when applicable Maintain clean and organized job sites Participate in safety meetings, tool box talks, and job briefings Recognize and report hazards and unsafe conditions Qualifications: NCCCO, NCCER, or equivalent rigger certification (required) Minimum of 2+ years of rigging experience preferred Strong understanding of load charts and rigging principles OSHA 10 or 30 preferred Must be physically capable of lifting, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to pass background check and drug screening Willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed Benefits: COMPETITIVE PAY - PER DIEM 7 DAYS/WEEK Competitive compensation Benefits package (Medical (100% covered for Team Partner), Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO) Safety-driven culture Advancement opportunities for lead riggers and supervisors Company-provided PPE and safety equipment Training and certification reimbursement (based on eligibility)
