PROGRAM OVERVIEW Join Henkel’s 18-month Adhesive Operations & Supply Chain Global CHAiNGERS Program, a development experience designed to build the next generation of Operations talent. The program is designed for early-career engineering graduates who want to build strong technical and manufacturing capabilities while developing a broad understanding of how a production site operates. You will gain hands-on experience across the manufacturing environment, with particular exposure to areas such as end-to-end Operations, process and project engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Safety, and Continuous Improvement. This cross-functional experience will help you understand how the different parts of the site connect and how decisions in one area impact overall performance. Throughout the program, you will: Build strong manufacturing and technical knowledge through hands-on exposure to plant operations, processes, technology, and shopfloor culture. Gain broad experience across the site, working with teams such as Engineering, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Safety. Own high-impact, cross-functional projects that improve site performance and create measurable value. Develop structured problem-solving capabilities and earn your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Build your leadership capabilities through tailored development experiences, mentoring, training, and networking. Gain visibility and coaching from subject-matter experts, plant leadership, and senior Henkel leaders. Build a global network with CHAiNGERS across global Henkel Adhesive Operations as well as with peers in other tracks within North America’s greater Henkel Rotational Program. Our goal is to develop talent with a strong technical foundation, broad manufacturing perspective, and the potential to grow into future roles across Operations & Supply Chain. At the end of the program, contingent on performance, we will support you in identifying your next exciting role where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will propel your career forward. What you will do Full engagement with the 18-month trainee program, acquiring a broad overview of the role and tasks of operations and supply chain management at Henkel Adhesive Technologies. Support daily activities at your designated plant, resulting in an overall understanding and appreciation for the full AO value chain – this includes introduction to different functions like strategy, digital business, and procurement to build a broad understanding of the organization. Own and drive multiple projects that lend to continuous improvement within your plant, allowing you to develop deep insight into the different functions of operations and supply chain. Engage in training and networking experiences to drive preparation for taking on potential leadership roles within our organization in the future During the program you will benefit from: Individual trainings, development plans, a high level of visibility, mentor’s guidance, network with senior leaders and other trainees globally. Upon completion of the program, you will be placed in a position across the operations and supply chain organization at one of our regional locations where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will provide you with a wide range of career opportunities.
