We have an urgent Hybrid role for a Change & Communications Manager. Please go through the JD below:
Role: Change & Communications Manager
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark)
Mode of Interview: Video
Main purpose of the role:
This is a hands-on role within the Tech Strategy & Architecture team, working across the whole tech organization (TS&F). You will shape how our strategy, initiatives, and biggest bets are understood, trusted, and adopted within our own domain and the wider organization. Communications is your core craft: you turn complex technical work into clear, compelling storytelling and narratives. Change and adoption are how you make it stick: you run the efforts that carry our work from publication to real behaviour change. You are hands-on across the full range of tasks and strategic bets, whatever they may be.
Professional Qualification
- Minimum 8 years of experience required
- Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted
Computer Skills
- Expertise in collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams, Miro, AI tooling such as Claude and Copilot) and modern communication platforms used to drive internal engineering advocacy, and confidence in drafting presentations.
Other Skills:
- Change management, Tech fluency and good communication skills, Storytelling, Workshopping and facilitation, Relationship management, Baseline understanding of Engineering and Enterprise architecture (business architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, data architecture)
Key accountabilities:
- Own the comms strategy, developing plans and materials for the biggest bets and core artifacts across TS&F, defining key audiences, messages and channels
- Translate complex technical speak into clear, compelling narratives for broader engineering audiences
- Partner with the Tech Strategy Managers to apply the Change & Adoption framework, adding the communications and engagement layer to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and roadshows to upskill the Digital & Tech community across Pandora
- Define and track simple adoption KPIs for initiatives, gather domain-level feedback and sentiment, and feed it back to the team to keep our strategy pragmatic.
- Practical example: Work directly with domains to remove hurdles to compliance and adoption of the Target Reference Architecture, covering the communications, rollout, and adoption.
KPI’s
- Adoption rate against agreed targets for each initiative
- Share of major artifacts/projects launched with an agreed communication plan
- Reach, attendance, and sentiment from key communications, workshops, and roadshows
Personal Competencies
- Has run several change efforts end to end, some with and some without formal sponsorship, and applies frameworks such as ADKAR pragmatically rather than as templates
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills (narratives, one-pagers, presentations), with proven internal communications experience, ideally in a tech or engineering environment
- Enough technical fluency to understand Enterprise Architecture and modern engineering practices to gain credibility with developers and architects.
- Hands-on and willing to take on any task, glamorous or not
