Company Description
Changify partners with organizations seeking smart and simple change solutions. We are courageous, considered and forward-thinking. We care about people and work closely with our clients to drive their success.
Role Description
Our client is a life sciences organisation driving a shift to a product-led operating model and agile ways of working across its Swiss technology and business teams. They are seeking a Change Lead to help their people embrace new ways of working, adopt new technologies, and standardise practices across sites. The successful candidate will bring significant experience leading capability uplift and change across operations, marketing, and sales teams on major technology programmes.
You will bring a strong change management toolkit, hands-on experience embedding agile practices, and a responsive approach to change at an enterprise level. Your first task will be completing an impact analysis to understand how the change affects different groups and aligning leaders and stakeholders around a common message.
From there, you will be embedded in the programme workstreams, coaching leaders on the mindsets and behaviours that bring agile change to life, and scoping and delivering communications across audiences. You will also mobilise a change network, which will act as an extended champion network to support capability and culture priorities, and track adoption, readiness, and change risks.
This 12 month contract role is based in Switzerland, with hybrid working, likely at the Zurich site. Proficiency in French and German is preferred. The day rate for this contract is CHF 900–1,100.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading organisational change within complex enterprise transformations, including shifts to operating models, processes, and culture.
- Hands-on experience driving agile ways of working and the transition to a product-led organisation, with the flexibility to adapt methods across different delivery approaches.
- A strong change management toolkit, including change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communications plans, learning, readiness, transition planning, and the shift to business as usual.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cultural, communication, and capability uplift, grounded in a strong understanding of how change affects people, roles, teams, governance, behaviours, and performance.
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, sponsors, product and delivery teams, and implementation partners, building trust and managing expectations at all levels.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership coaching skills, with the ability to run workshops, prepare clear change materials, enable leaders, and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Advanced analytical skills, using data, feedback, and readiness insights to assess impacts, identify risks, and shape evidence-based recommendations and interventions.
- Sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to work independently, bringing structure, clarity, and calm to ambiguity, resistance, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Experience in life sciences, working within hybrid, international, and multicultural teams.
- Relevant qualifications in change management, business, organisational psychology, organisational design, or a related field; certifications such as Prosci, PMI, SAFe, or other agile frameworks are desirable.
