POSITION DESCRIPTION
Baptist Health is looking for a Change Management & AI Governance professional will support the adoption and responsible use of new technologies, including artificial intelligence, across the organization. This individual will work with business, technology, security, compliance, architecture, and project management teams to ensure changes are clearly communicated, properly governed, and aligned with organizational priorities.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise technology transformations, developing change-management plans, coordinating stakeholders, and establishing governance processes. This person must be able to translate complex technical and governance topics into clear, practical guidance for employees and business leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute change-management plans for enterprise technology and AI initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and impact assessments to identify adoption risks.
Create communication plans, training materials, user guides, presentations, and other educational resources.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, training sessions, and feedback activities throughout implementation.
Support the development of AI governance policies, standards, and responsible-use guidelines.
Coordinate the intake and review of AI use cases, including business value, data privacy, security, compliance, and operational risk.
Maintain documentation of AI use cases, ownership, approvals, risks, intended uses, and ongoing monitoring requirements.
Partner with legal, privacy, security, compliance, data, and technology teams to evaluate AI-related risks.
Support governance councils and working groups by preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions.
Partner with Project Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Architecture teams to align initiatives with organizational priorities.
Track adoption, training completion, stakeholder readiness, governance decisions, and other key performance indicators.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that simplify governance and technology adoption.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for business and technology leadership.
Assume responsibility for all reasonable duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, Organizational Change Management, Risk Management, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in change management, technology transformation, AI governance, program management, or a related field.
Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or business transformation initiatives.
Experience developing stakeholder communications, training materials, readiness assessments, and adoption plans.
Working knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, or technology risk.
Ability to translate technical and governance concepts into clear language for business stakeholders.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, governance committees, or architecture review groups.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or related workflow and collaboration platforms.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Change-management, project-management, data-governance, or AI-governance certification is preferred.
Experience within healthcare or another highly regulated environment is preferred.
Must be located in or near South Florida and available to report to the South Miami office occasionally.
