Change Management Analyst

Designing project change management plans, engagement of required stakeholders, implementation of change management plans and agenda and rendition of adequate reporting.
- Defining scope of project and the required changes that would be impacted.
- Describe measurement of timelines required to implement changes.
- Harnessing change objectives and goals with existing departmental functions and processes.
- Coordinating different stages defined for executing Project.
- Organize training engagements when and where required.
- Design feedback platform that would enhance continuous improvement.
- Defining systems or control tools that would be used to implement successful changes, reduce or eliminate change failures.
- Manage systems and tools that would ensure all change stages are delivered successfully and within agreed set timelines.
- Coordinate training of staff for a successful change.
- BSc in Business or related field.
- Professional certification such as Poject Management certification, Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum of Green Belt) etc can be an added advantage.
Experience:
- At least 3 years work experience in Change Management or Project Management (banking experience not mandatory but can be an advantage)
- Proven previous experience and ability to transfer knowledge
- Must have handled at least two project changes
