Tu souhaites jouer un rôle-conseil stratégique tout en anticipant les enjeux liés au changement? Tu es reconnu pour ta capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes et ambigus où plusieurs intervenants sont impliqués? Alors, joins-toi à notre équipe à titre de conseiller(ère) en gestion du changement.

En plus de joindre une équipe engagée au sein d’une organisation qui place la gestion du changement au cœur de ses initiatives, tu assureras la cohérence et l’alignement des stratégies de mise en œuvre des projets qui te sont confiés. Tu agiras comme coordonnateur(trice) et personne de liaison afin de favoriser des atterrissages réussis, dans les délais prévus et selon la valeur attendue..

Ta contribution à l'équipe

• Intégrer l’ensemble des activités de mise en œuvre dans les opérations en appui à l’atterrissage afin d’assurer un alignement et optimal des initiatives.
• Communiquer de manière continue avec les parties prenantes clés afin d’adresser en continu les enjeux, bloquants et besoins (information, reddition)
• Coordonner la mise en œuvre des projets transversaux qui lui sont assignés.
• Agir comme personne-ressource clé pour les demandes et les activités relatives à la gestion du changement.
• Effectuer des analyses pour trouver les solutions possibles à l’aide de multiples sources d’informations.
• Contribuer à différents projets d’envergure dans son secteur.
• Coordonner l’atterrissage des initiatives du secteur auquel il est assigné

Ce qui te permet de réussir

• Diplôme d’études universitaires dans une discipline appropriée
• Minimum de 7 années d’expérience à titre de conseiller mise en œuvre ou conseiller en gestion de changement dans un rôle incluant une portée stratégique et transversale au sein d’une grande organisation
• Bonne aisance à intervenir dans des contextes complexes et ambigus
• Connaissance des réalités d’affaires et pratiques innovantes en gestion du changement afin à de bien positionner le séquencement, le réalisme, et les objectifs transversaux qui lui sont confiés.
• Maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maîtrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
