Change Management Consultant

Details:

• Role: Adoption & Change Management (ACM)
• Location: Remote from Antwerp / Anvers - Belgium
• Duration of the contract: 5 months

Key responsibilities:

• Build and deliver the material needed to support adoption and operational recommendations, and help train the “Agent Champions” and the “Agent Lab” to drive sustained use of Agents.
• Facilitate training sessions and office hours for Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support persona-based scenario development and rollout.
• Execute communication and engagement plans.
• Track adoption metrics and gather user feedback.
• Coach change agents and champions within the customer organization.
• Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Required skills and experience:

• Adoption & Change Management (ACM) and change management delivery
• PROSCI methodology (certification strongly preferred)
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Culture change for AI and Copilot
• Developing a high-level digital transformation roadmap
• Target operating model adoption and communities (champions networks)
• Risk management
• Solution demonstration
