We are seeking for unique and experienced Change Management Consultant to join our team. The Change Management Consultant leads the people side of change for client implementations. This role designs and facilitates a structured series of executive and leadership workshops across all three phases (Prepare Approach, Manage Change, Sustain Outcomes), coaches sponsors and people leaders, and owns the change deliverables that drive adoption, from initial change definition through lessons learned and close-out. What You Will Do: Phase 1: Prepare Approach Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on the change and Prosci methodology Conduct organizational readiness assessments and document people-side risks with mitigation strategies and escalation protocols Develop a tailored change management strategy, Sponsor Roadmap, and ADKAR Blueprints per impacted group Phase 2: Manage Change Lead development of the integrated master change management plan (communications, sponsor, coaching, training, and resistance management) aligned to project milestones Coach sponsors on sponsorship and facilitate people leader coaching sessions Deploy ADKAR pulse surveys, build heat maps, run barrier point analysis, and adjust tactics with corrective action plans Phase 3: Sustain Outcomes Analyze post go-live ADKAR assessments, adoption data, and performance metrics; design reinforcement mechanisms and recognition plans Build and execute sustainability and transition plans handing ownership to BAU owners Facilitate lessons learned retrospectives and deliver change maturity recommendations to executive sponsors Ongoing / Cross-Phase Prepare and distribute pre-work, pre-reading, and follow-up deliverables for every workshop Maintain a standing change management meeting cadence and include risk and adoption status in ongoing reporting Partner closely with project managers, training leads, sponsors, and client stakeholders to keep change activities aligned with the project timeline Adapt workshop formats and approach to fit client availability and organizational culture without compromising the timeline or quality Core Competencies: Facilitation & Influence: Leads productive sessions with executives and builds alignment across competing priorities Coaching: Equips sponsors and people leaders to own their role in change Analytical Thinking: Turns readiness, risk, and adoption data into clear corrective actions Planning & Organization: Manages multiple integrated plans, owners, and deadlines across concurrent clients Client Partnership: Builds trust, communicates directly, and keeps stakeholders informed Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: 3+ years of organizational change management experience supporting HCM/workforce management technology implementations, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role Proven experience facilitating executive and leadership workshops (1-2 hour sessions) with senior stakeholders Working knowledge of the Prosci, ADKAR Model, sponsor coaching, stakeholder analysis, and resistance management Experience building change strategies, communications plans, training needs analyses, and risk registers Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Comfortable working with survey data, heat maps, and adoption metrics to drive decisions Applicants must have authorization to work in USA without current or future visa sponsorship What would make you an outstanding candidate: Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire) Background in healthcare, public sector, or multi-site/multi-business-unit organizations Experience with project management practices and tools (ClickUp, Microsoft Teams, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, Communications, or related field Why join the Improv team?
