Your role as a Sr. Change Manager Consultant

You have deep expertise in complex transformation initiatives. In this role, you will lead large-scale change efforts, helping organizations navigate transformation with clarity, structure, and measurable impact.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, align business and technical priorities, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

This is a part-time consulting role (approximately 20 hours/week) with the potential to support additional engagements based on demand

How you’ll contribute

• Lead end-to-end change management for complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
• Scope initiatives based on business objectives, feasibility, and measurable outcomes
• Develop detailed project plans and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, setting priorities and driving execution
• Design and implement advanced change management strategies to enable adoption at scale
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment, decision-making, and engagement
• Identify and mitigate risks across programs and transformation efforts
• Provide expert advisory support on complex organizational change challenges
• Support valuation-related initiatives, including development of scorecards, dashboards, and performance frameworks

Your skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience leading strategic change management initiatives in global enterprises
• Strong experience within Banking and Financial Services, including exposure to valuation methodologies
• Experience supporting program, product, or project valuation, including dashboards and scorecards
• Prosci Certified Practitioner (required or strongly preferred), with demonstrated application in enterprise environments
• Experience supporting initiatives on Microsoft cloud platforms, including AI/Generative AI adoption
• Experience advising on organizational readiness for AI-driven transformation, including operating model and ways of working
• Proven success leading people change across IT and digital transformations, including governance, communications, and legacy-to-modern transitions

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $70.00 to $85.00 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
