Responsibilities

- Define and implement Change Management Plans for technology transformation projects.

- Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the change process.

- Develop and execute communication, training and user adoption strategies.

- Identify and manage change-related risks and resistance.

- Collaborate directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams to support successful change implementation.

Essential skills

- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within technology transformation projects.

- Experience in consulting environments and direct client engagement.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing Change Management Plans.

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to secure buy-in.

- Experience in communication, training and user adoption.

- Ability to manage risks and resistance to change.

- English proficiency at C1 level.

Desired skills

- Experience with Google Workspace.

- Previous involvement in technology transformation or migration projects to Google Workspace.
