What You'll do:

- Lead the technical analysis, solution design, estimation, and implementation of complex data integration solutions.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

- Ensure efficient data integration and transformation within Oracle environments, focusing on performance, scalability, and data quality.

- Work with regulatory and business data formats, including XML, XSD, JSON, CSV, and XBRL.

- Contribute to regulatory reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance with European and national financial regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define and deliver effective integration solutions.

- Provide application support and perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to data integration, data quality, and metadata management.

- Integrate enterprise systems, including Oracle platforms, OutSystems applications, and secure file transfer solutions.

- Ensure the stability, reliability, and availability of applications operating in critical production environments.

Who You Are:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of proven experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

- Strong hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development and data integration solutions.

- Proven experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of complex data integration architectures.

- Solid knowledge of Oracle databases and integration performance optimization.

- Experience in application support and corrective/evolutionary maintenance.

- Previous involvement in projects related to European or national financial regulatory initiatives.

- Knowledge of integration architectures and regulatory reporting systems.

- Experience handling and integrating data formats such as XML, XSD, JSON, CSV, and XBRL.

- Strong technical leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders.

- Fluency in Portuguese and good command of technical English.
