Change Management Lead, Martech Adoption

Transformation | Remote | Full-Time | EMEA

Who We Are: Front Office Transformation Experts

Bluprintx (BPX) is a global, AI-powered consultancy built to design and deliver the intelligent front office for CMO and CRO executives. We are private equity-backed and scaling fast, with 300 active customers across 10 countries and more than 1,750 implementations. We connect people, technology, and AI to turn fragmentation into performance, partnering with global leaders to modernize how marketing, CRM, content, AI & Data connect. At BPX, we hire operators and specialists who thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution.

What We Do: Cutting Complexity Across the Front Office

We help the world's most ambitious companies, including Uber Eats, BNY, and Xerox, untangle the operational complexity that slows enterprise growth. As a Gold Adobe Solution Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner, we deliver strategy and implementation across the full front office. Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market. By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.

The Role

BPX is hiring a Change Management Lead to make sure the martech and data platforms we deliver are actually adopted and used to drive results. You will lead change and enablement across large, multi-year transformation programmes for enterprise clients, where marketing teams are moving to new engagement platforms such as Braze, new customer data foundations, and new ways of working with content and campaigns. You own the people side of delivery: understanding who is affected, planning how they get from today to the new way of working, and proving with data that it has happened. This is a hands-on role inside the delivery team, working alongside strategists, project managers, architects and platform specialists, not a separate workstream that arrives at go-live. On every programme you support, you are the client's trusted voice on readiness, adoption and outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Assess change impact and stakeholder readiness across marketing, data, IT and operations teams, and turn it into a clear change and adoption plan.
  • Design and run enablement, including training curricula, workshops, playbooks, guides and office hours, tailored to each audience and platform.
  • Build adoption into delivery plans with project managers, so readiness, training and support are timed to each release and go-live.
  • Define adoption and outcome measures, and build reporting that shows platform usage, capability uplift and business results over time.
  • Lead communications and engagement, from leadership briefings and town halls to team-level updates and champion networks.
  • Help clients redesign operating models, roles and processes so new platforms become the normal way of working.
  • Spot resistance and adoption risks early, and work with client leaders to address them before they affect value.
  • Contribute to BPX's change and enablement methods, templates and reusable assets, and support pre-sales with scoping and effort estimates.

What you'll bring

  • Six or more years in change management, adoption or enablement, including leading change on technology programmes in large organisations.
  • Experience of change on martech, CRM, data or digital transformation programmes. Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Adobe or Workfront is an advantage.
  • A structured change method you can apply and adapt. Prosci, APMG Change Management or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Strong design and delivery of training and enablement, for audiences from senior leaders to day-to-day platform users.
  • Comfort defining metrics and working with data to report adoption and outcomes, not only activity.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Consulting or agency background, credible with senior client stakeholders and able to influence without direct authority.
  • Fluent English and the right to work in an EMEA country where BPX operates.

Why this role, why now

The platforms our clients invest in only pay back when people use them well, and our clients increasingly ask us to prove adoption and outcomes, not just deliver the build. BPX is making change and enablement part of every major programme, and this role leads that work on some of our largest. If you want to sit inside the delivery team and see change land in real numbers, rather than hand over a training pack at go-live, this is that seat.
