Job Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant Classification: Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Reports to: President Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site. Percentage of travel, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies. This resource must be willing and able to travel as required by the customer project. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant to drive the people side of Oracle Cloud transformations. This consultant will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, functional teams, and project leadership to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions through effective change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, and business transformation. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience leading organizational change for enterprise technology implementations, with the ability to diagnose organizational challenges, align leadership around strategic objectives, establish governance models, and build sustainable operating models that enable long-term success. Duties/Responsibilities: Organizational Change Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategies supporting Oracle Cloud implementations. Conduct organizational readiness and change impact assessments. Identify organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Align change initiatives with business objectives and transformation goals. Build adoption strategies that drive sustainable behavioral change. Stakeholder Engagement Identify and analyze stakeholder groups across all levels of the organization. Establish executive sponsorship and leadership alignment. Facilitate workshops to build consensus around future-state processes. Partner with executive leadership to manage organizational resistance. Build trusted relationships with business and IT leaders. Communications Develop executive communication strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Create communication plans tailored to various stakeholder groups. Deliver executive presentations and project updates. Develop messaging that clearly communicates business value and organizational impact. Training & User Adoption Develop enterprise training strategies. Coordinate development of role-based training materials. Support super user and change champion networks. Measure user adoption and training effectiveness. Drive post-go-live adoption activities. Organizational Design & Business Transformation Assess current-state organizational structures and operating models. Recommend future-state governance and decision-making frameworks. Facilitate business process transformation initiatives. Support role mapping and organizational redesign efforts. Establish governance models that sustain long-term adoption. Project Leadership Collaborate with Oracle Functional and Technical Consultants. Participate in program governance meetings. Track OCM activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Provide executive reporting on organizational readiness and adoption metrics. Support post-production stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives. Competency: Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices. Flexible to changing needs. Organized with attention to detail. Good at follow-up Willingness to get hands on with the product. Works well with a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of Organizational Change Management principles and planning. Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Supervisory Responsibilities: May assist with training members of the technical staff. May conduct interviews. Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff. May conduct project performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Work Environment: The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to provide office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level. A reliable and consistent internet connection is required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer. Bending, sitting lifting, driving. Position Type and expected hours of work: Full time work during Apex IT business hours and, at times, outside of business hours, if required. Required Education and Experience: (Education and experience based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity.) 10+ years leading Organizational Change Management initiatives. Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, CX, or enterprise SaaS implementations. Strong executive facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Experience developing communication, training, and adoption strategies. Expertise in organizational assessments and change impact analysis. Experience creating governance structures and operating models. Strong business process improvement experience. Excellent presentation and executive communication skills. Proven ability to influence without direct authority. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
