About the Role: We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to support the implementation, adoption, and integration of new IT solutions, tools, and processes across the organization. The role focuses on building engagement, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption to ensure that technology-driven transformations are successful and sustainable. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for managing organizational change across various digital initiatives and transformation programs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and committed to helping teams navigate change efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support adoption of IT solutions, tools, and business processes. Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to identify change impacts and manage stakeholder engagement across initiatives. Lead or support the execution of structured change management processes, including readiness assessments, change impact analysis, and user adoption strategies. Drive user engagement and alignment through stakeholder mapping, resistance management, and continuous support mechanisms. Design and apply mechanisms to measure change effectiveness , including KPIs and success metrics. Provide coaching and guidance to project teams on best practices in change management . Support the coordination of training sessions, user onboarding activities, and workshops to facilitate learning and reinforcement. Contribute to the development of materials and content that support behavioral change and user understanding. Participate in the coordination and execution of Townhalls, talks, and workshops , both virtual and in-person, to support engagement and adoption efforts. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field . 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or digital transformation projects. Solid knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter. Experience supporting technology-driven change in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Ability to manage multiple change initiatives and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to stakeholder needs. Comfortable working in hybrid, remote, or international environments . Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is required.
