Change Management Specialist Location: Buffalo, NY Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite Type: Full-time / Contract Key Requirements 8+ years of IT Service Management / Change Management experience. Strong ServiceNow Change Management expertise. Experience with CAB, Change Enablement, Change Calendar, and Change Governance . Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships , and ITSM processes. Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, dashboards, workflows, and reporting . Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL 4 Foundation required . Experience with Incident & Problem Management integration. Knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD change management and automation. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Financial services/banking experience is preferred . ServiceNow CSA/CIS-ITSM certification is a plus.
