This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives across our Roadside and Membership portfolios. You’ll work at the heart of our change agenda—partnering with senior leaders, project teams and the business to ensure change is not only delivered, but truly embedded and sustained. This is a high-impact role where your ability to influence, engage and drive adoption will directly shape business outcomes. This full-time permanent position is a hybrid work opportunity where you will be required to work across our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices as well as work from home as required and agreed. This is a hands-on, end-to-end change role where you will: Define the scope, approach and level of change management required across multiple concurrent projects Develop tailored, end-to-end change strategies and plans aligned to program and project milestones Conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments (CIA) and synthesise insights into clear, actionable summaries Identify key impacted stakeholder groups and develop targeted interventions to support transition Proactively identify change risks, dependencies and resistance points across initiatives Design and implement mitigation strategies and action plans throughout the project lifecycle Establish and monitor business readiness criteria, identifying gaps and recommending practical actions to ensure readiness Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that build awareness, understanding and buy-in Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver effective training programs Implement change champion networks to support large-scale transformation programs Define, track and report on key change metrics and adoption indicators including providing regular insights to senior stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive accountability Lead change sustainment planning to ensure successful handover and long-term adoption including supporting leaders and teams to embed new behaviours, processes and ways of working Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, project sponsors and key stakeholders Coach leaders and frontline teams through change, supporting them to lead effectively during periods of transformation Develop and produce high-quality change artefacts to support governance, change maturity and project lifecycle requirements while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the PMO’s change management methodology, tools and templates. What You'll Bring 5–7 years’ experience leading end-to-end change across multiple projects/programs (ideally in large or matrixed environments) Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, HR, OD) and/or recognised change certification (e.g., Prosci) Experience delivering change in agile and/or large-scale transformation environments Strong capability across core change activities: impact assessment, readiness planning, risk/resistance management, communications, engagement and training Ability to define and track adoption metrics and effectiveness measures, translating insights into action Strong stakeholder partnering skills, with confidence influencing and coaching leaders and teams at all levels Proven ability to simplify complex change into clear, compelling messaging that drives understanding and adoption Comfortable working in ambiguity, managing competing priorities and delivering across multiple workstreams Proactive, solutions-focused and highly organised, with a continuous improvement mindset Collaborative, adaptable and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to support people through change. Progressive flexibility, leave and well-being benefits to balance all of life's priorities Travel discounts on SIXT car rental, cruises, and accommodation at our award-winning NRMA Holiday Parks and Resorts Complimentary myNRMA membership including free Roadside Assistance & discounts on fuel, groceries, movie tickets, gift cards, gym memberships, attractions, restaurants and much more Discounts on a range of NRMA personal insurance products including car, home & travel Grow, progress or relocate your career and move around the NRMA Group or different locations with us.
