Why you'll love this role of Change Manager – Global PSA Programme This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in one of Civica's key global transformation programmes. As Change Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the people side of our Certinia PSA implementation, ensuring colleagues across multiple regions are engaged, prepared and supported through the transition to new systems, processes and ways of working. Working closely with programme leadership, implementation partners, business leaders and subject matter experts, you'll shape and deliver the change strategy, helping maximise adoption, minimise disruption and ensure long-term success from the investment. This role is ideal for an experienced change professional who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys influencing stakeholders at all levels on a global scale. This is a hybrid role with fully self managed flexibility to work between your local office and remotely. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver the change management strategy for the global Certinia PSA programme • Assess organisational impacts across teams, functions, regions and stakeholder groups • Create and maintain integrated plans covering communications, engagement, training, readiness and adoption activities • Partner with programme leadership to ensure change activities are aligned to delivery milestones and business priorities • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors and business leaders across the organisation • Develop and deliver communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, benefits and progress of the programme • Support leaders with messaging, stakeholder engagement and change advocacy activities • Establish feedback mechanisms to understand user sentiment and address concerns proactively • Coordinate change champion and super-user networks to support adoption and business readiness • Define and measure readiness criteria ahead of deployment and go-live activities • Monitor post-go-live adoption, identifying areas requiring additional support or intervention • Identify change risks and resistance points and implement appropriate mitigation plans • Provide regular reporting on change progress, stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption metrics
