Location: Sandton, Gauteng

12-Month Contract | Part-Time | Hybrid

💰 Rate: R340 per hour (fixed budget)

Agile Sense is recruiting a capable, hands-on Project & Change Manager for a leading professional services organisation in Sandton.

This is a non-technical role, focused on delivering internal business improvement initiatives, managing organisational change and working effectively with stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and coordinating business projects from planning through delivery.
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and driving decisions and actions.
• Managing project timelines, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Supporting organisational change, communication and adoption.
• Working with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Tracking progress and ensuring successful implementation.

What we're looking for:

• Demonstrated experience managing business projects and change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Confidence working independently and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Practical project planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• A relevant degree; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Contract details:

📅 Duration: 12 months

⏱️ Part-time (weekly hours to be confirmed)

🏢 Hybrid: 2–3 days per week on-site
