Position Overview
The Channel Marketing Coordinator ensures channel go-to-market plans are executed consistently and effectively by coordinating agencies, assets, approvals, and trade show activity across internal teams and channel partners. The role also provides competitive, assortment, and planogram analysis that informs channel strategy and merchandising decisions, serving as a key cross-functional link that drives sales enablement and business performance.
This is a remote role with up to 25% travel. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and should not require sponsorships now or in the future to legally work in the United States.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage agencies and vendors: Serve as the day-to-day contact for external partners, keeping timelines, deliverables, revisions, and approvals on track. This includes marketing toolkits, digital engagement assets, display and rack artwork, and in-store merchandising support.
• Connect teams: Bring Channel, Brand, Sales, Operations, and agency partners together so materials get out on time and initiatives run smoothly.
• Support channel programs: Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables for channel-specific marketing programs. You'll also help with promotional assets, retailer-specific requests, and ad hoc projects.
• Own artwork and asset workflows: Guide artwork from request through final delivery with channel teams, Master Control, and agency partners. You'll keep organized asset repositories with strong version control.
• Turn data into insights: Pull, organize, and summarize competitive, assortment, and planogram data. You'll watch in-market execution to spot risks and opportunities.
• Help bring trade shows and events to life: Assist with logistics, asset coordination, and show preparation so our presence supports channel and customer goals.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
• Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in channel, trade, or brand marketing, or a related marketing support role, ideally in CPG or retail.
• Experience working with external agencies or vendors, including managing timelines, deliverables, and creative feedback.
• Experience managing marketing assets and promotional materials through established approval workflows.
• Project coordination experience, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once
• Familiarity with retail marketing programs, merchandising, planograms, or trade shows is a plus.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication, and a reliable, follow-through style that builds strong cross-functional relationships.
