What We're Looking For: The Channel Manager, Senior is a strategic role focused on managing high-value channel partnerships and driving advanced sales strategies. This role requires expertise in solution selling, leadership, and the ability to navigate complex challenges. The Channel Manager, Senior plays a critical role in aligning channel activities with Zebra’s long-term business goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and drive business growth • Lead the development of tailored solutions that address complex partner and customer needs • Oversee the development and execution of high-impact strategies for key channel accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals • Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth • Lead the resolution of complex challenges by identifying resources, developing contingency plans, and implementing solutions • Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify trends and optimize results • Understands policies and practices related to role and shares ideas for improvement • Understands and resolves problems with support from technical resources • Responsible for individual revenue attainment with established prices and personal expenses Job Requirements: • Bachelors Degree.
