I'm recruiting for a Channel Sales & Operations Coordinator to join an established, growing international software company specialising in print management and technology solutions!

📍 Location: Harrow, London (Hybrid / Remote flexibility!)

💰 Salary: £27,000 – £30,000

🏡 Working: Hybrid to fully remote, depending on location, with occasional planned office visits

📄 Permanent | Full-Time

✨ What's the opportunity?

You'll be working closely with the Sales Director and wider team, playing a key role in keeping sales operations running smoothly.

Think a mixture of:

✅ Sales support, administration and coordination

✅ Excel, Power BI, CRM reporting and dashboards

✅ Supporting reseller and channel partner relationships

✅ Partner onboarding, renewals and vendor programmes

✅ Sales performance tracking and reporting

✅ Helping improve processes and efficiency, including the use of AI!

🎯 Who would be a great fit?

We're looking for someone with around 1–2 years' experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Operations or Channel Sales.

Ideally, you'll bring:

✔️ Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data

✔️ Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools

✔️ Excellent organisation and attention to detail

✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔️ A proactive, positive approach to getting things done!

⭐ Experience within print management, managed print services (MPS), print/copy solutions or the wider office technology channel would be a BIG bonus!

However, we'd also love to hear from people with relevant experience in software, IT or wider sales operations environments.
