Yearly ROC filing of MGT-7 and AOC-4 Income Tax Return Filings Professional Tax Registration Payroll services ( Professional Tax filing + TDS filing ) Expert GST filing service for one year ( 16 filings included ) DIR KYC (2) Recording of year round entries for the completed financial year Preparation of Ledger Accounts-Cash, Sales, Purchases, Expenses Preparation of Receipts and Expenses Statement/Profit and Loss Account Preparation of Balance Sheet Bank Reconciliation Statement as of the date Statement of the balance of Account Receivables and Payables as on date Stock Summary as on date Terms of Engagement • Accounting and HR Software Implementation • Maintain Books of Accounts and necessary ledger preparation • MIS Reporting on the Financial Status of the Company • HR Function Involving and labour law compliances • Direct Tax – Income tax Compliance • Indirect Tax – Goods and Service Tax Methodology The Above task will the undertaken in the following manner • In-depth understanding of the client’s business process and financial functions and there providing necessary software tools and implementation of such software • Obtaining financial data like Bank Statement, Payroll Data, Sale and Purchase invoices, Expenditure at the conclusion of every month • Updating Accounting software on a month-on-month basis and providing, Management Information System Reporting providing insights on the financial status of the Company • Undertaking of necessary Tax Computation thereby enabling the Company Executives to disburse such liability with ease Detailed Coverage • Accounting Function – Maintenance books of accounting by updating all the necessary ledger as per Indian accounting standards and Company Act 2013. This involves maintenance of Ledgers like Purchase and Sale, Expenditure and Payroll.
