The Role
You’ll be chatting to fans on behalf of creators — building conversations, keeping people engaged, and naturally leading into paid content.
This is not just replying to messages. It’s understanding people, building momentum in chats, and knowing when to convert.
What You’ll Be Doing

We run a clear tier system — if you perform, you move up.
Level 1 – Chat Operator
$3/hour + 3% commission
Level 2 – Pro Chatter (for top performers)
$3.50/hour + 5% commission
Level 3 – Team Leader
Monthly retainer + revenue share across the business
No politics — just performance. If you’re good, you earn more and move up quickly.
