Job Description Position Relevant du Directeur exécutif, Unité opérationnelle Santé des femmes et marques établies, le/la Chef(fe) de marque sera responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre des plans stratégiques/tactiques qui sont clairs et exploitables et qui créeront un avantage concurrentiel et favoriseront la différenciation et l'adoption de notre portefeuille Ménopause, y compris les lancements futurs et/ou les opportunités de développement commercial. Le/la Chef(fe) de marque favorisera une collaboration étroite avec l'équipe interfonctionnelle (par exemple, affaires médicales, accès au marché, politique santé, réglementation, ventes sur le terrain, communication, etc.) et dirigera le développement et l'exécution des stratégies promotionnelles multicanal intégrées conformément aux stratégies de la marque. Afin d’élaborer des plans alignés sur les besoins des clients, le Chef de Marque doit rester en veille permanente sur les analyses clients, la concurrence et les évolutions du marché. Il s’appuie pour cela sur des interactions directes avec les clients, les retours du terrain, les données ainsi que des outils d’analytique avancée pour orienter la prise de décision. Le Chef de Marque œuvre à l’atteinte des objectifs financiers et supervise la planification annuelle et trimestrielle. Il assure le suivi du budget alloué et priorise les investissements afin de soutenir la croissance. Responsabilités Autres responsabilités principales comprennent, sans s'y limiter : Intégrer des informations dans la planification et l'exécution afin d'élaborer des stratégies d'engagement dynamiques et personnalisées au niveau du segment/de l'individu pour offrir aux client.e.s une expérience sans faille ; Établir et maintenir des liens étroits avec les responsables scientifiques, les parties prenantes internes/externes et les fabricants de produits ; Tirer parti de la technologie pour créer de la valeur ; Évaluer en permanence les performances en définissant des objectifs, des indicateurs de performance clés et des mesures solides ; Identifier et gérer des agences et des consultant.e.s externes. Expérience dans la gestion de la complexité et de projets multiples et de la mise en œuvre réussie de stratégies Connaissance des processus de marketing pharmaceutique. Persévérance et capacité d'influencer et de travailler avec succès avec des publics/partenaires varié.e.s. Axé.e résultats, persévérant.e, fortes compétences analytiques et réflexion axée sur les données. Sens aigu de l'entrepreneuriat, haut niveau d'intégrité et d'éthique professionnelle. Exigences du poste : Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. Maîtrise est un atout. (c.-à-d. Santé de la femme, hormonothérapie de la ménopause et gestion de la perte d’exclusivité). Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience requise en marketing pharmaceutique. Expérience en matière de contraception est souhaitée. Expérience en lancement de produits un atout. Compréhension des programmes de soutien aux patients (PSP). Expérience dans la gestion de stratégies d’aide financière. Excellentes compétences en matière de communication (orale et écrite) et de présentation. Langue: Bilingue de préférence (anglais et français), car il/elle interagira avec les client.e.s et les employé.e.s à travers le Canada en tant que responsable de la marque. Solides compétences analytiques et sens des affaires. Poste à temps plein. Les déplacements sont limités (10 %) à travers le Canada. Secondary Job Description The Position Reporting to the Executive Director, Women’s Health & Established Brands, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Strategic/Tactical plans that are clear and actionable and will create a competitive advantage and drive the differentiation and uptake of our Menopause Portfolio including future launches and/or Business Development opportunities. The Brand Manager will foster strong collaboration with the cross-functional team (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access, Policy, Regulatory, Field Sales, Communication, etc.) and will be leading the development and execution of the integrated multi-channel promotional strategies in accordance with the brand strategies. To create plans aligned with customers’ needs, the Brand Manager must remain current with customer insights, competition, and marketplace activities, utilizing direct customer interaction, field insights, data and advanced analytics tools to drive decisions. The Brand Manager strives to achieve financial objectives and oversees the annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of the assigned budget and prioritizing investments to drive growth. Responsibilities Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Incorporate insights into planning and execution to develop tailored and dynamic engagement strategies at segment/individual level to provide customers with a seamless experience. Build and maintain close liaison with scientific leaders, internal/external stakeholders and product manufacturers. Leverage technology to deliver value. Continuously assess performance by defining strong goals, Key Performance Indicators and metrics. Identify and manage outside agencies and consultants. Inspire an inclusive culture that promotes employee engagement, innovation and embraces our organizational values. Required Education, Experience, and Skills Competencies: Strategic and critical thinking, ability to analyze, develop and monitor business plans. Excel in an ultra-competitive market space, able to uncover new & innovative business opportunities. Exhibit strong skills in identifying unmet and evolving needs of customers and is sought out to provide perspective on future customer needs. Ability to work in fast-paced work environments and make decisions under pressure. A track record of managing complexity/multiple projects and successfully implementing strategies. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical Marketing processes. Ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences/partners. Results-driven, perseverant, and strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Strong sense of entrepreneurship, high level of business integrity and ethics. Position requirement: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Master’s degree is an asset. Broad pharmaceutical industry experience related to the position (i.e. Women’s Health, Menopause Hormone Therapy (navigating loss of exclusivity). Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience required. Project management experience is an asset. Understanding of Patient Support Programs (PSP). Experience Managing Financial Assistance Strategies. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Language: Bilingualism preferred (EN & FR) as candidate will interact with customers and employees across Canada as the Brand lead. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Position is full-time. Limited travel requirements across Canada (10%).
