How You’ll Make an Impact Owning statutory accounting, governance, internal controls, and audit/tax interactions Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team; promoting accountability and continuous improvement Leading full close cycles. Monthly/quarterly/annual; ensures accuracy and completeness Overseeing and checking all balance sheet reconciliations. (intercompany, AP/AR, bank, accruals, prepayments) Ensuring the preparation of statutory financials per local GAAP. Ensuring full compliance Preparing/providing data for VAT, CIT, WHT; cooperating with Corporate Tax, external advisors, and authorities Primary audit liaison, managing full audit cycle Developing, implementing, and enhancing internal controls and local accounting policies Driving process optimization Working with Treasury, Controlling, Corporate Finance, FP&A and business stakeholders What Makes You a Great Fit University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline ACCA qualification or equivalent professional certification preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience gained in international environment Experience in leading teams Advanced Excel skills Advanced level of English.
