Job Description This is a remote position. Chief AI Technology Officer — Vorro Founder-level. Basis Vectors Capital portfolio company. About Vorro Vorro (vorro.net) is a profitable, multi-million dollar ARR healthcare data integration company with high customer retention, acquired by Basis Vectors Capital in 2021. Its platform connects clinical systems and automates data workflows for provider and payer organizations. Under BVC, Vorro is being repositioned from a commodity iPaaS tool into an AI-native Healthcare Data OS — adding AI reporting, visualization, and workflow-automation modules on top of its integration core. The opportunity We're looking to hire a founder-level Chief AI Technology Officer for Vorro. Prior entrepreneurial or founding team experience building and shipping enterprise AI projects is a must; healthcare data/integration domain experience is a strong plus. This is a hands-on technology role, not an oversight seat — you'll be building alongside your team. It comes with sizeable equity, with upside aligned to the company's growth. This role is based in India. What you'll own • AI platform strategy and development for Vorro's evolution into an AI first platform in multiple verticals • The AI product roadmap: reporting, visualization, and workflow-automation modules built on top of existing integration infrastructure • Technical hiring and team structure across the US and India engineering organization • Architecture and delivery velocity — shipping AI-native features fast enough to convert Vorro's existing trust pool (high-retention customers, dormant prospects) into renewed growth What we're looking for • Founder-level or CTO-level track record — you've built and shipped a product, not just managed a roadmap • A hands-on operator who codes, architects, and ships personally, not purely a people-manager • Deep AI/ML product experience, ideally applied to data platforms, integration, or vertical SaaS • Comfort operating inside a lean, PE-backed environment with tight sequencing between product, cost, and growth • Healthcare IT, data integration, or iPaaS domain exposure preferred, not required • Based in India • Motivated by sizeable equity upside tied directly to company growth, not just cash comp If interested, reach out to [email protected] .
