The Role

• Founding commercial leader and member of the leadership team
• Drive strategic global market deployment, identifying high-impact commercial opportunities
• Own and shape the company's commercial strategy,
• Highly strategic, hands-on sales role developing into commercial team leadership

Who We’re Looking For (please only apply if you meet this criteria)

• Proven experience in commercial leadership in an Agitech, ClimateTech or Sustainability AI/SaaS startup environment
• Strong understanding of computational science / AI in farming and crops
• Based proximate to London and willing to work a hybrid model and travel to meet clients and attend events.
• A “commercial builder” mindset. You'll be tasked with winning strategic partners from day one
• Helpful if you have academic credentials/interests in a relatable area
