Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic leadership for Excellence Pro, setting the vision, guiding long-term growth, and ensuring alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and relevant excellence frameworks. On a day-to-day basis, the CEO will oversee core business functions, including finance, operations, business development, and partnerships, while ensuring that the platform continues to address the needs of executive leaders and institutional clients. The CEO will collaborate closely with the board, senior leadership, and key stakeholders to define priorities, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across products and services. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some work from home as business needs allow. The CEO is expected to represent Excellence Pro in strategic forums, develop high-level relationships, and uphold a culture of innovation, integrity, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic leadership capabilities, including experience in Strategic Planning and Business Planning.
• Demonstrated expertise in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation for growth-oriented organizations.
• Proven track record in Operations Management, with the ability to optimize processes and ensure efficient, scalable delivery of services.
• Experience in Sales and business development, particularly in B2B or enterprise technology, with the ability to build and sustain partnerships.
• Background in corporate governance, organizational excellence, or performance management frameworks is highly beneficial.
• Experience working with or within Saudi markets; familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030, SDGs, and ESG reporting is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred, along with prior executive or C-level leadership experience.
