The Opportunity We are looking for a visionary, entrepreneurial and execution-oriented leader who will accelerate the company's growth, reshape the organisation and build a more innovative, agile and scalable business. The successful CEO will help redefine the future direction of the group, ensuring it becomes recognised not only for outstanding developments, but also for innovation, execution excellence and long-term value creation. The Challenge The group has an attractive portfolio, experienced teams and significant growth opportunities. The new CEO will be expected to review the group's overall business model, organisational structure and leadership capabilities, accelerate decision-making and execution, strengthen accountability across the organisation and ensure projects are consistently delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. A key priority during the first phase will be to evaluate existing business lines, identify future growth opportunities and define the next stage of the group's strategic evolution. Strategic Priorities The CEO will lead the transformation of the group by refining its long-term strategy, expanding beyond traditional real estate development into broader investment and urban ecosystem opportunities, strengthening investment and financial capabilities, developing innovative financing structures, attracting institutional investors and strategic partners, and exploring international expansion opportunities, including selected European markets. Leadership Mandate Reporting directly to the Shareholders and Board, the CEO will have full responsibility for the overall strategy, performance and long-term value creation of the group. The successful candidate will drive profitable growth across the portfolio, develop new investment opportunities, establish strategic partnerships with investors and financial institutions, create alternative financing structures, build a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability and execution excellence. The CEO will represent the group with shareholders, investors, municipalities, strategic partners and other key stakeholders both in Lithuania and internationally. The Executive We Are Looking For We are searching for an ambitious executive who is motivated by building something substantially larger than today's organisation. The ideal candidate brings senior executive leadership experience together with strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking and outstanding execution capabilities. Experience in investments, corporate finance, capital allocation, fundraising or partnership development will be highly valued. We are looking for someone who understands how to structure growth, attract capital, build strategic alliances and scale complex organisations. Previous experience in real estate is an advantage but is not essential. We are equally interested in leaders from other industries who have successfully transformed and grown sophisticated businesses.
