The Role


We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer, EMEA to provide strategic financial leadership across our operations in France, Türkiye and Africa. As a key member of the EMEA Leadership Team, you will partner with the VP EMEA to drive growth, strengthen business performance, and ensure strong governance and financial discipline across the region.

This is a broad leadership role combining strategic business partnering with financial stewardship. You will lead regional financial planning, reporting, governance, risk management, capital allocation, and business performance initiatives while supporting growth, transformation and investment opportunities.


  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver profitable growth and strategic objectives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
  • Drive financial performance, cash flow and working capital improvement.
  • Oversee governance, compliance, audit and risk management.
  • Support acquisitions, business development and strategic investments.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team.
  • Provide commercial insight and decision support across the EMEA business.

What you’ll bring

  • You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline
  • CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification required
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in progressive finance leadership roles
  • Experience leading finance teams across multiple countries and jurisdictions
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with executive business partnering experience
