You will build and oversee financial systems that empower sustainable growth, ensuring that every resource we mobilize creates meaningful and measurable impact. Duties and Responsibilities Shape Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational growth, sustainability, and long-term impact. Ensure Financial Integrity: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and accountability across all operations. Optimize Resource Allocation: Guide the use of funds to ensure they are deployed where they have the greatest impact. Build Financial Infrastructure: Establish and refine financial systems, controls, and processes suitable for a growing global nonprofit. Advise Leadership: Partner closely with executive leadership to inform key decisions with data-driven financial insights. Support Fundraising Efforts: Collaborate with development teams to align financial planning with fundraising strategies and donor expectations. Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to nonprofit financial regulations, reporting standards, and ethical practices across jurisdictions. Qualifications: Strategic Financial Leaders: You bring 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with strong expertise in financial planning and organizational strategy.
