Location: SF Bay Area, CA / Hybrid

Position Summary

The CGO owns Mantis Robotics’ global commercial growth, enterprise GTM, and strategic ecosystem expansion. Rooted heavily in business development and partnership leadership, you will convert market demand into revenue by forging strategic alliances across robot OEMs, tier-1 system integrators (SIs), corporate investors (CVCs), and enterprise 3PL/automotive accounts. Your core objective is to position Mantis’s 3D dynamic safety architecture and Reflex Engine as the indispensable GTM and safety standard for high-speed industrial arms, mobile manipulators, and future humanoids.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnerships & OEM Alliances: Negotiate high-impact co-development, licensing, and pre-integration agreements ("Mantis-Inside") with global robot OEMs and tier-1 industrial automation SIs.
  • Commercial Scaling & Enterprise GTM: Build and execute the enterprise sales funnel—driving early paid trials into multi-site production deployments and global fleet standardization across 3PL, automotive, and industrial supply chains.
  • CVC & Strategic Account Leverage: Activate strategic corporate partners to unlock live factory deployment labs, accelerate regional expansion, and lower hardware supply-chain COGS.

Target KPIs
  1. Partner & Channel Revenue: Top-line revenue growth generated via OEMs, system integrators, and strategic corporate channels.
  2. OEM Design Wins: Contracted commercial pre-integrations across industrial arms, AMRs, and mobile manipulators.
  3. Pilot Conversion Rate & LTV: Conversion velocity from paid trials into long-term enterprise fleet contracts.

Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years of executive GTM, BD, and partnership leadership within industrial automation, physical AI, or deep-tech robotics.
  • Demonstrated history of closing complex, multi-million dollar hardware/software partnerships and enterprise supply contracts with Fortune 500 industrials and global OEMs.
  • Deep existing network across tier-1 logistics executives, industrial SIs, and robotics manufacturers.
