This position is responsible for delivering best-in-class, customer-focused technology, and security leading the development, technology, and cybersecurity teams. This role will be accountable for providing the vision, oversight, and execution of the organization's technology and cyber security strategy to align with strategic organizational goals and modernization objectives.

You will be responsible for
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to determine, prioritize, and execute the overall business strategy
- Develop, implement, review, and monitor departmental and project KPI’s to budget.
- Lead software and product development while adopting methodologies such as Agile to deliver high-performing, scalable solutions on time and within budget.
- Plan/implement evaluation process for technical architecture and system management
- Develop and implements the overall technology strategy for the organization, including 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year roadmaps
- Lead the transformation of how information is distributed/communicated internally
- Establish strong relationships with IT providers and external vendors to improve the company’s information technology systems
- Ensure projects are staffed, budgeted, and delivered on target using internal and external resources
- Responsible for data security, management, and governance ensuring business continuity in a 24/7 environment.
- Build out a multi-year Cyber Security roadmap
- Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery and IT security failure procedures
- Oversee and enhance systems analysis, programming, and project management across ERP, core, database, and departmental applications
Leadership Responsibilities
- Clear, concise and transparent communication keeping all parties informed about developments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Leverages technological innovations to streamline lines of businesses, enhance internal/external customer experiences and drives efficiencies
- Fosters collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation creating of employee satisfaction
- Assess risks and benefits and implements comprehensive risk management strategies, safeguarding the organization regardless of challenges
- Strong literacy and analytical skills understanding financial statements and utilizing financial data to drive decisions for best results
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including 5+ years of experience in providing strategic and inclusive leadership
- Experience in scaling technology teams managing multiple products across multiple lines of business
- Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL-4) framework
- Experience deploying architecture and systems with requiring high availability and cost efficiency
- Skilled in entrepreneurship, strategy development, complex project management, and identifying and executing solutions
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft technology stack and data analytics platforms such as Power BI
- Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
- Valid Passport and ability to travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX.
