Reports to: Chief Medical Officer
Compensation: $200,000+ annually, plus equity
Position: Full-time | Clinical Leadership
About the Role
Midi Health is seeking an exceptional clinical leader to help shape the future of women's healthcare. We're looking for someone intellectually curious, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and energized by the opportunity to build, innovate, and scale care in a rapidly growing healthcare company.
This is not a traditional clinical leadership position. We're looking for a forward-thinking physician who combines deep clinical expertise with an innovative, builder's mindset to challenge existing processes, embrace emerging technologies, and translate medical evidence into innovative, scalable care models.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally bright, learns quickly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to invest their expertise, creativity, and energy into helping Midi grow.
This is a highly influential, non-patient-facing role. Your work will directly shape the care delivered by Midi clinicians and the experience of patients nationwide.
What You'll Do
Lead Clinical Protocol Development & Innovation
-
Own and lead Midi's clinical protocol development, review, and approval processes, ensuring care remains evidence-based, current, and scalable.
-
Lead a multidisciplinary committee of clinical experts, facilitating discussions, building consensus, and translating emerging medical research into actionable clinical protocols.
-
Continuously evaluate new medical literature, emerging treatments, and innovations in women's health to identify opportunities to expand and improve Midi's care.
-
Engage external specialists and subject matter experts when needed to inform clinical decisions.
-
Partner with Clinical Education to ensure new and updated protocols are effectively translated into clinician training.
-
Streamline and modernize protocol development through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
Partner with Product & Engineering to Transform Care Delivery
-
Serve as a key clinical partner to Midi's Product and Engineering teams, helping design, expand, and optimize our care model.
-
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve clinical workflows, clinician efficiency, and patient experience.
-
Help shape the development and utilization of Midi's proprietary AI tools, including Prism, to ensure clinical protocols can effectively inform scalable care delivery and content generation.
-
Bring creative, practical solutions to complex challenges, balancing clinical excellence with operational efficiency and growth.
-
Anticipate emerging healthcare trends and help translate them into new opportunities for Midi.
Own Clinical Oversight of Marketing & Medical Content
-
Design, implement, and lead a scalable clinical review process to ensure medical accuracy and alignment across Midi's marketing materials, educational content, and external communications.
-
Establish the infrastructure, workflows, and clinical resources necessary to support a high volume of content production, including articles, blogs, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
-
Partner directly with Marketing and Engineering leadership to design and implement AI-enabled clinical content review systems, enabling Midi to scale content production while ensuring clinical accuracy, consistency, and alignment with our care protocols.
-
Build and manage an efficient review structure, which may include clinical committees, internal subject matter experts, or contracted clinical reviewers.
-
Ensure Midi's external clinical messaging consistently reflects our protocols, standards of care, and evolving medical expertise.
Who You Are
We're looking for a clinical leader who brings both exceptional medical judgment and a builder's mindset.
-
Clinically exceptional: You have a strong foundation in internal medicine, deep expertise in menopause care, and the ability to critically evaluate research, engage subspecialists, and translate complex evidence into practical clinical guidance.
-
Intellectually curious: You're constantly learning, reading, questioning, and exploring what's next in medicine, particularly in women's health, longevity, and emerging therapies.
-
Entrepreneurial and ambitious: You're excited by growth, move quickly, take ownership, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. You want to help build a company, not simply manage an established function.
-
A natural leader and collaborator: You can bring together diverse clinical perspectives, facilitate productive conversations, build consensus, and confidently drive decisions.
-
Highly organized and solutions-oriented: You know how to create structure, streamline complex processes, and build systems that scale without sacrificing quality.
-
Technologically fluent: You're comfortable adopting new platforms, leveraging AI tools, collaborating with technical teams, and finding innovative ways to make work more efficient.
-
Adaptable and action-oriented: You thrive in a dynamic environment, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and don't wait for someone else to solve a problem.
