About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Founder & CEO to drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment across a global ecosystem. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, removes roadblocks, and transforms ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes.
The Chief of Staff will help coordinate initiatives spanning executive hiring, enterprise partnerships, payroll technology, procurement, fundraising, strategic collaborations, and large-scale destination development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the CEO's strategic thought partner and execution leader.
  • Translate vision into quarterly priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple global initiatives.
  • Lead executive meetings, strategic planning, and operational reviews.
  • Build accountability systems, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Drive partnerships with enterprise clients, investors, governments, and strategic collaborators.
  • Oversee special projects from concept through execution.
  • Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and investor updates.
  • Identify operational risks and proactively implement solutions.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, servant leadership, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, or Executive Leadership role.
  • Proven experience supporting CEOs or founders in scaling organizations.
  • Strong business acumen in operations, finance, strategy, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Experience working with startups, scale-ups, or global organizations is preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Executive hiring and leadership development.
  • Fundraising, M&A, private equity, or venture ecosystems.
  • Enterprise SaaS, HR technology, payroll, or AI-enabled platforms.
  • Large-scale infrastructure, tourism, healthcare, education, or innovation projects.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $220,000–$350,000 per year
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 30% of annual base salary
  • Long-Term Equity: 0.25%–1.00% based on experience and impact

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is CA$220,000 – CA$350,000 per year.
