The Role
As our Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the CEO to drive execution across strategic priorities, align cross-functional teams, and ensure organizational efficiency. With prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar role, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our company scales thoughtfully and effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, ensuring key initiatives are prioritized and executed.

• Oversee the alignment of strategic objectives across departments and hold teams accountable for deliverables.

• Manage internal and external communications, including partner and investor relations.

• Develop and maintain dashboards to track company performance against key metrics.

• Lead planning and execution of executive meetings, retreats, and special projects.

• Act as a problem-solver, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar strategic leadership role.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and discretion.

• Effective communicator, able to distill complex ideas into actionable strategies.

• Experience in startups or high-growth environments is preferred.
