About the opportunity

As Chief of Staff, you'll work directly with our co-founders, Alex (CEO) and Josh (CTO), helping turn priorities into action and strategy into execution. You'll be a trusted partner across the business, bringing clarity, momentum and accountability to the initiatives that matter most.

This is a broad role spanning operations, strategy and execution. You'll drive the operating rhythm of the business, lead cross-functional projects, support decision-making and help ensure teams stay aligned as we grow. From board and shareholder reporting to strategic initiatives and operational challenges, no two days will look the same.

You'll have visibility across every part of Paradino and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how we scale. As the business grows, so too will the scope of the role, creating a pathway into broader operational leadership.

About you

You're someone who thrives on creating structure, solving problems and getting things done.

You may have built your experience in consulting, strategy, investment banking, operations or within a high-growth startup. Whatever your background, you're known for your judgement, follow-through and ability to bring people together around a common goal.

You'll bring:

• Experience leading complex business, operational or strategic initiatives.

• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to turn information into action.

• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The confidence to work through ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes.

• Sound judgement, discretion and a collaborative approach.

• Curiosity about AI and how technology can improve the way work gets done.
