About the role:
The CPO is responsible for the organization's ability to scale from within and sustain the company's fast growth. We're looking for a Chief People Officer who will build a next-level People function for the group: design an organizational model ready for growth across 6 markets, implement a unified performance management and competency system, and become a strategic partner to the CEO and the Executive Team on organizational development.
This role is for someone who has already built and scaled a People function inside an international company (500+ employees), has experience with international expansion and managing teams across multiple countries, and knows how to design organizational structure in a fast-growing company. We're looking for a strategic and systems thinker with strong leadership and a genuine sense of ownership — someone who is results-oriented, able to navigate complex management situations while staying objective and trusted, and who remains adaptable amid rapid change.
Key responsibilities:
Organizational Development
- Develop and execute the People Strategy aligned with the company's business strategy
- Design and evolve the organizational model; ensure readiness for business scaling
- Support organizational transformations
Corporate Culture
- Build and develop corporate culture in line with the company's values
- Integrate values into all management processes
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and leadership; manage employee engagement
Performance Management
- Build and develop the performance management system
- Shape approaches to goal-setting, results evaluation, and employee development
- Improve the Performance Review process; build a culture of regular feedback
Leadership & Talent Development
- Build a leadership development system and succession planning
- Develop management competencies; support leaders in developing their teams
Competency Management
- Develop the corporate competency model and leadership standards
- Build a competency assessment system
- Integrate competencies into hiring, evaluation, development, and career paths
Change Management
- Manage organizational change; support strategic transformations
- Build high organizational adaptability to change
Executive Partnership
- Strategic partnership with the CEO and Executive Team
- Advise leaders on organizational development
- Shape People policies that support long-term business scaling
Organizational Effectiveness
- Develop organizational effectiveness and management maturity
- Shape principles for decision-making, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
- Implement OKRs/KPIs and monitor execution
- Analyze organizational risks and prepare recommendations to improve efficiency
- Develop management practices that support the speed of business scaling
- University degree
- Experience building and scaling a People function within an international company (500+ employees)
- Experience with international expansion and managing international teams
- Experience building a high-performance culture (design, implementation, control)
- Experience in competence management
- Hands-on experience developing leaders and management teams
- Experience transforming corporate culture and embedding values
- Experience managing HR processes in an international organization (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning)
- Strong understanding of Organizational Design
- Knowledge of modern approaches to Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Experience developing Leadership Development systems
- Understanding of HR analytics and People Metrics
