Chief Product Officer

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Chief Product Officer. The Chief Product Officer will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for 3D construction printers and related solutions, including product vision, roadmap development, and market positioning. Daily responsibilities include aligning product strategy with business objectives, prioritizing features, and collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product development and launch. The role involves monitoring market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform product decisions, as well as defining key performance metrics and ensuring products meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The Chief Product Officer will also mentor product teams, drive cross-functional alignment, and contribute to strategic partnerships that support growth in U.S. and international markets.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including experience defining vision, roadmaps, and market positioning for technology or construction products.
• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership experience, guiding diverse teams and building alignment among engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Background in 3D printing, construction technology, architecture, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Experience in remote, distributed work environments and comfort operating in international, multi-market contexts.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to present product plans to executive leadership and partners.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
