Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Forex / CFD

Job Description This is a remote position. Location: Remote Salary: €55,000 – €95,000 per annum Our client is a premier, high-growth international Forex brokerage with a rapidly expanding presence across global markets. They are currently looking for a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to design and execute growth strategies, lead global sales efforts, and optimise client acquisition channels. This role is ideal for a results-driven executive with deep experience in revenue leadership within FX/CFD or broader financial services. Description As CRO, you will be responsible for building and leading the company’s global revenue strategy, aligning sales, marketing, and partnerships to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will oversee client acquisition funnels, manage partner and IB networks, and identify new opportunities across regions to scale the business. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience driving growth in competitive financial markets. Responsibilities Develop and execute global revenue strategies across multiple regions and client segments Lead and scale sales, marketing, and client acquisition teams to achieve growth targets Optimise acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and customer lifecycle value Build and strengthen international IB and partner networks to drive sustained growth Identify and expand into new markets (MENA, SEA, LatAm) with tailored strategies Collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with market demand Monitor and report on key revenue KPIs, ensuring continuous optimisation Represent the company at industry events, building brand presence and networks Requirements 8–10 years of experience in senior revenue leadership roles within FX/CFD or financial services Proven track record of scaling sales and marketing operations in a competitive environment Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels, customer conversion, and retention strategies Experience managing partner/IB networks and driving affiliate-based growth Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural, distributed teams Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to decision-making Nice to Have Experience expanding businesses into MENA, SEA, or LatAm regions Multilingual with the ability to manage cross-border business relationships Background in affiliate or influencer-driven acquisition strategies Experience in fintech or other fast-scaling financial services companies Benefits Competitive salary of €55,000 – €95,000 per annum Fully remote position with global leadership scope Key executive role in shaping the commercial growth strategy of a high-growth brokerage Opportunity to lead international expansion into emerging and mature markets Innovative, performance-driven culture with strong growth potential This is a unique opportunity to drive global revenue growth and play a pivotal role in the international expansion of a fast-scaling brokerage.
