Role Description The Chilli Voice Recording project role is a full-time remote position focused on producing clear, high-quality voice recordings for AI training, localization, and multimedia content. Day-to-day tasks include reading and recording scripted content, following pronunciation and tone guidelines, and ensuring consistent audio quality across multiple sessions. The role involves collaborating with project coordinators, submitting recordings within defined deadlines, and responding to feedback to refine performance and clarity. Responsibilities also include managing basic recording setups, maintaining organized files, and adhering to project-specific technical and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills, clear diction, and the ability to follow pronunciation and tone instructions.
• Experience or interest in voice-over, narration, audio recording, or related performance work.
• Basic technical skills for operating microphones, recording software, and managing audio files.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.
• Comfort working with scripted content in different styles, tones, and potentially multiple languages (multilingual ability is a plus, but not required).
• Access to a quiet recording environment and a stable internet connection.
