These projects are of critical importance in delivering essential water infrastructure both regionally and nationally. We are seeking Engineers to join our teams based in Dublin, Cork and Galway. The successful candidates will have a hands-on role in the design and delivery of water infrastructure across a broad and interesting range of projects. Your Impact in This Position In the short term, you will establish strong control over live projects, build trusted relationships with clients and delivery partners, and quickly add value through robust planning and clear reporting. In the medium term, you will help drive consistency across delivery, improve project controls, and support the successful progression of significant water sector investment programmes. Over the longer term, this role offers the chance to broaden your experience across major infrastructure delivery, develop deeper client-side expertise, and progress into more senior roles. Core Capabilities Experience on water sector infrastructure projects/programmes Planning, design and cost estimation experience (appropriate to the grade/role) Ability to develop and nurture relationships with colleagues, Design Team members, Clients and Contractors. Solid technical and analytical skills with demonstrable problem-solving abilities. · Working knowledge and past experience with standard design tools e.g. CAD, Civil3D, GIS, Hydraulic modelling etc, and design standards for water services networks and treatment facilities would be desirable Good IT skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent time management skills. Interested in continuous professional development and learning. Full drivers licence desirable and valid work permit to work in Ireland. Qualifications & Experience Masters or Honours Degree (Level 8+) in Civil Engineering; Aspiration to get Chartered with Engineers Ireland in the near future Working Environment The roles are based in Dublin, Cork or Galway, with hybrid working and agile office arrangements offered as standard. Office attendance will be balanced to meet project and client needs, while supporting flexible working for work‑life balance.
