  • Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers and project team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, professional development, and high performance.
  • This multifaceted role requires an individual who is both detail-oriented and visionary, capable of balancing technical precision with strategic project management to deliver exceptional engineering solutions.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Strong analytical skills supported by proficiency in modern engineering software and tools used for design, modeling, and project management.
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate changing project environments and emerging challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

And if you have these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution or a qualification deemed acceptable by the State Board of Engineers for professional engineer licensure. A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering, demonstrating expertise in project execution, engineering best practices, and leadership within the field.
  • Current Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, underscoring your commitment to professional standards and ethical engineering practices.
