Civil Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering quality work. You’ll work alongside engineers, project managers, and technical staff on a variety of municipal infrastructure projects, including roadways, drainage, site grading, water, and sanitary sewer utilities.

What You’ll Do

• Design roadway, pedestrian, water/wastewater infrastructure, civil site, and related projects.
• Prepare and assist with plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Incorporate manager and client feedback to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Coordinate with utility companies and project stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Conduct site visits, field inspections, and technical investigations.
• Apply established Entellus QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to successful project delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within one year.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office. Strong Excel skills are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for meetings, client consultations, and site inspections.
• A detail-oriented, self-motivated, and professional approach.

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 – $200,000

Additional compensation includes pay for every hour worked, bonus opportunities, and 401(k) profit sharing.
