What the day will look like As a key member of our dynamic organisation, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients and navigating complex Construction & Infrastructure claims with precision and expertise. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of high-value Construction & Infrastructure claims from inception to resolution whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide proactive advice and guidance on coverage related issues for clients and Aon network offices to present and advocate the best strategy to facilitate the settlement and conclusion of claims. Ensuring outstanding levels of communication and collaborating closely with clients, carriers, Aon brokers and all stakeholders to facilitate efficient claims handling processes. Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Staying abreast of industry trends, regulation, and best practice to enhance Aon's claims handling capabilities and risk mitigation. Skills and experience that will lead to success Minimum 5 years Construction, Energy or Engineering claims handling experience ideally gained from a reputable insurance, broking or adjusting organisation. Proven experience of managing sophisticated claims and delivering results in a client-facing environment. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients and stakeholders. Strong understanding of Construction insurance principles, policies and procedures. Impeccable administration and organisational skills. ACII or ACILA qualification preferred. #LI_SS3 2579102
