What you do Assess and process standard insurance claims accurately. Verify and review necessary documentation for claims processing. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates. Ensure timely settlements in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. What you bring Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with insurance claims processes and regulations is a plus. Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
