Claude Instructor Freelance

Role Description The Claude Instructor Freelance role is a contract, remote position focused on designing and delivering high-quality training sessions on the effective use of Claude AI for professional and educational purposes. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, lesson plans, and hands-on exercises that demonstrate practical applications of Claude in areas such as productivity, data analysis, content creation, and workflow optimization. The instructor will conduct live online classes, workshops, and webinars, provide guidance and feedback to learners, and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels and professional backgrounds. Additional tasks include updating course content to reflect new Claude features, collaborating with the training team to align offerings with MENA Executive Training™ standards, and supporting participants with Q&A, resources, and follow-up learning materials.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Claude AI and other large language models, including practical experience using these tools for professional tasks, problem-solving, and automation.
• Instructional design and training skills, such as developing structured curricula, creating learning objectives, and designing interactive exercises and assessments.
• Online teaching and facilitation skills, including delivering live virtual sessions, engaging diverse audiences, and using e-learning platforms and collaboration tools effectively.
• Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in clear, accessible language to learners with varying technical backgrounds.
• Background in technology, data, or digital transformation (e.g., IT, computer science, data analytics, digital strategy) and familiarity with professional certification environments.
• Professional experience in training, consulting, or adult education, preferably within the Middle East region or in multilingual, cross-cultural contexts.
• Ability to work independently on a contract basis, manage schedules across time zones, and consistently deliver high-quality remote instruction.
