WebCreek is looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to support day-to-day IT operations, employee technical support, and enterprise technology integration initiatives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing macOS environments, administering Google Workspace, and supporting device management, identity and access controls, and SaaS applications. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Apple Business Manager and mobile device management (MDM) solutions, and the ability to maintain secure, reliable IT operations.

This position is well suited for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can work independently, provide effective technical support, improve IT processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and enterprise IT teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and maintain a primarily macOS-based device environment, including device enrollment, configuration, and software deployment.

  • Administer mobile device management (MDM) solutions and Apple Business Manager.

  • Monitor endpoint security, device compliance, and adherence to IT policies and standards.

  • Administer Google Workspace, including user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including SaaS application provisioning and deprovisioning.

  • Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and account-related issues.

  • Coordinate device procurement, shipping, equipment logistics, and inventory management.

  • Implement and maintain IT ticketing workflows, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.

  • Establish recurring maintenance processes and identify opportunities to improve IT operations.

  • Collaborate with enterprise IT teams to support system migrations, endpoint security deployments, and identity and access management transitions.

  • Assist with the implementation and adoption of enterprise IT tools, systems, and operational processes.

  • Maintain accurate IT records and documentation while ensuring consistent and reliable employee support.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT systems administration, IT operations, or a related technical support role.

  • Strong experience administering and troubleshooting macOS devices in a business environment.

  • Hands-on experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and Apple Business Manager.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, including user management, permissions, and account security.

  • Experience managing employee onboarding, offboarding, SaaS provisioning, and access controls.

  • Solid understanding of endpoint security, device compliance, and identity and access management principles.

  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and user account issues.

  • Familiarity with IT asset management, device procurement, and equipment logistics.

  • Experience with IT ticketing systems, technical documentation, and operational support processes.

  • Ability to collaborate with enterprise IT teams on system migrations, security implementations, and technology transitions.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach to employee support.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

What You'll Gain:

  • The opportunity to collaborate with a growing international technology company.

  • Exposure to enterprise IT environments, security initiatives, and technology integration projects.

  • Opportunities to strengthen your expertise in Apple device management, cloud administration, and IT operations.

  • A collaborative environment with experienced technical professionals and international teams.

  • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
